You've Got a Couple More Days to Try Old School RuneScape's Sailing Alpha

If you’ve been curious about Sailing in Old School RuneScape, you’ve got a couple of days left to get into the alpha for the upcoming new skill.

A large scale alpha test kicked off last week, with about 75 minutes of content to complete, so even though it ends on March 27th, you have enough time to jump in and see what Sailing is all about. The skill debuted at RuneFest, and the alpha build already has a few adjustments based on feedback from the event. People were having trouble finding shipwrecks so they have been made more visually distinct  for easier location. There are also new visual indicators to help ease navigation and an expanded range for tool use.

Those are just some of the changes based on feedback. Since the alpha test opened last week, there have been other tweaks based on what people encountered and the player experience overall. Still, there's time to get in there to get a feel for Sailing, navigate the open seas, dive with mermaids, chase ducks, and make progress towards an eventual captaincy and a future 99.
