Nordic Games has announced that it will be releasing a special physical vesion of State of Decay, called the Year One Survival Edition. The boxed set will be for PC and is a collaborative effort between Microsoft, Undead Labs and Nordic Games.
The PC retail version of the Year One Survival Edition retails at EUR/USD 19.99 and includes:
