XBox One Port to Launch October 6th

During a recently held Reddit AMA with Frontier Development's David Braben, it was confirmed that the Elite: Dangerous XBox One port would be released worldwide on October 6th.

Answering one Reddit user's laundry list of questions (the first in  the AMA), Braben said:

Yes, 6/10/15, Yes, Don't know yet, Yes, Yes, Yes, Don't know what you mean, Not planned, Yes, Maybe, Probably, Chinese Green, It is already being dealt with - we need to be a little harsher I think, No (but there will be carry-over of cash value), You're welcome...

;-)

Note - there was a big announcement in that list. That date is the one we are aiming for.
