World of Warships is partnering with Warhammer 40,000 to bring a new update featuring themed ship skins, commanders, camouflages and more.
“We are very excited to collaborate with such an iconic brand that gathers an incredibly passionate audience, some of them coming from our own ranks,” said Philip Molodkovets, Executive Producer for World of Warships, in a press release, “The gothic, grim atmosphere of Warhammer 40,000 provides a sharp edge to the realistic World of Warships universe, which makes this collaboration even more interesting.”
The team is announcing a pre-sale for World of Warships on PC which includes flags and patches which begins on May 27. A bonus mission is included as part of this pre-sale, in which you can earn Warhammer 40,000 containers of themed ships, commanders and camouflages.
The full release will be available to grab in World of Warships on PC, and World of Warships Legends later in June, though no date is specified.
As for Warhammer 40,000, the two largest factions (Imperium and Chaos) will be represented on the battlefield in style via two unique ships commanded by their respective commanders, Justinian Lyons XIII and Arthas Roqthar the Cold.
