World of Warships: Legends is offering up a number of features and new additions in the May update, with the new “Eastern Horizons” campaign, Japanese light cruisers entering the tech tree, a new free Bureau Project, and a Roman Empire event.

The new campaign has 80 milestones to complete over four weeks and at the end of it, with Admiralty Backing, you could get your hands on a Pan-Asian Tier VIII destroyer, the Lüshun. To tempt you their detailing the ship has fast battery reload speed, rotating turrets, and a lot of potential firepower. The ship also has deep water torpedoes that capitalize on stealth advantages. The campaign also has the catch-up mechanic enabled when it arrives.

After introducing Japanese light cruisers in Early Access now they arrive in the tech tree to research. These ships include the Tier VIII Takahashi, and there's a permanent camouflage that you can earn for that ship by completing a special mission. Golden Week is also coming with its own series of missions that you can earn rewards that could include a crate that can drop other Japanese ships, camouflages, skins, and more.

The research bureau also gets the Italian Legendary tier heavy cruiser Venezia via a new free Bureau Project. This ship is based on a ship from the 1940s with 15 8 inch guns, strong armor, and more.

Naval warfare mixes with the Roman Empire too, as World of Warships: Legends has a new  event that lets you complete missions, unlock new content, and acquire event currency, Denarii. Earn some to unlock even more missions, and also to get more rewards. When you get your first Denarii,  you can then get special bundles that will give access to further missions in the event. Rewards also include goods like camouflages, a gladiatrix commander,  and even a new Italian battleship, the Tier VIII Centurion.

The May update also features two Brawl seasons, two new seasons of ranked battles, more ships, upgrades, and fixes.

The full lineup is available now on all platforms.
