World of Warships Hosting In-Game Parade Commemorating WWII Anniversary
Starts May 6 at 9a PST

World of Warships is hosting an in-game parade commemorating the anniversary end of WWII.
The parade is set to take place on May 6 at 9a PST over on the game’s Twitch page. The parade will include a live, virtual naval parade of the most iconic Allied warships. Being a parade, instead of battling each other on the open sea, community members and volunteers will now have a different, more peaceful role, navigating the victorious ships in a graceful choreography.
You’ll be able to join the streams and watch the parade live as commentary from navy expert and New York Times best seller, Jim Hornfischer as well as The Mighty Jingles, Drachinifel and the Chieftain comment on the proceedings.
Finally, the press release notes that in addition to the USS Massachusetts and USS Kidd, allied ships HMCS Haida (Royal Canadian Navy), Gremyashchy (Soviet Destroyer), Blyskawica (Polish Destroyer), HMS Warspite (British Royal Navy) and more will be on parade.
If interested, be sure to tune in on May 6 at 9a PST.
