During the Xbox Games Showcase 2024, we get another look at what is to come for World of Warcraft The War Within and a release date for the first part of a three-part saga.
During the trailer, we look back on all of the intense battles, moments, and life-altering sequences from the past, leading us to the future. As the Harbinger begins to take their place within The War Within, we will be able to venture into the first expansion in the Worldsoul Saga on August 26th of this year.
There are three total expansions coming, The War Within is the first, followed by Midnight and The Last Titan. We know now that we can begin our journey into the shadows below Azeroth in just a few short months. With new features such as the Warband System, and the new race, Earthen, we will attempt to defeat the Nerubian empire below as the Harbinger attempts to take everything we know about Azeroth and destroy it before our eyes.
The beta for World of Warcraft The War Within is also live now, and those who splurge on the Epic Edition are granted immediate access. Those who aren’t willing or able to dish the cash out now will have to sign up and hope for an invite.
