World of Warcraft August Trading Post details are out, along with the news that, starting in September, new class transmog sets will be released through year's end.

Starting tomorrow, the new Trading Post items arrive along with new items to get your hands on. There are three mounts to collect, with one Horde mount, the Alabaster Thunderwing, or the Alabaster Stormtalon for the Alliance, along with the Ancestral Clefthoof.

As usual, there are a number of cosmetics  and hand items.  The August Trading Post selection selection includes some shields, hood and cloak sets, and two head pieces (one fire, one ice). Weapon cosmetics are there for shields, one-handed swords, daggers and axes. You’ll notice that the items for the month generally come in red and blue.

Overall, August has a range of items but might be a little less showy overall. The Spirit of Competition pet, resembling a colorful dragon, will also be available. The Ethereal Transmogrifier toy will also be up for grabs. This is a nod to things to come.

For the summer, Blizzard has added additional items to the World of Warcraft Trading Post, along with more Trader’s Tender to earn. While that was a special way to spend summer, the rest of the year has some new surprises. New class transmog armor and weapon sets will be available each month through December. Each armor set will come with three pieces, and weapon sets will be  two to four pieces, depending on the discipline.

Blizzard has a separate preview of all of the sets that will be arriving in the last few months of the year. In September, expect Paladin, Priest, and Rogue items. October is for the Death Knight, Demon Hunter, and Druid. November will outfit the Warlock, Monk, and Warrior. Finally, close out December with transmog sets for Evoker, Hunter,Mage, and Shaman.
