World of Warcraft Returning & Potential Players Can Play for Free This Weekend

From March 21st to March 24th, potential and lapsed World of Warcraft players are invited to a 'Welcome Back' weekend with the entire game made available for the duration. Even those who do not own the Battle for Azeroth expansion can try out the trial experience.

New allies have entered the fight for Azeroth, and you're needed on the frontlines. This weekend, we're upgrading all inactive WoW accounts to allow you full access to the game and all of your characters without a subscription. You’ll also be able access the Battle for Azeroth™ trial experience, even if you do not own the expansion.

Rejoin your guild, rally your comrades, and get back in the fight.

Battle for Azeroth is also on sale through March 31st. The standard edition is $30 and the digital deluxe edition is $50.
