World of Warcraft Kicks Off 2025 With a Clockwork-Themed Trading Post

The World of Warcraft Trading Post kicks off 2025 with some new stuff to collect. The clockwork-themed slate of offerings includes a pet, new mount, transmog and a bonus set.

Soar in the new year with a new Brilliant Sunburst Peafowl mount, a flying mount that can be yours for 750 Trader’s Tender. Grab your free Trader’s Tender and then earn some more by completing activities for the month. Also fitting the Clockwork theme is the cute dog pet, Wind-Up Wuffi, for 300.

Other items in the preview include transmog items, the Steam-Powered Golden Cloak for the back and the Green Clockwork Attire outfit. There are a couple of weapon transmog items previewed including one for the two-hand mace, the Golden Clockwork Power Hammer, and an offhand item, the Steamwheedle Artifact Extractor. That last one may have a fancy name, but it's really a couple of sticks of dynamite with a lit fuse. 

The monthly bonus reward brings the clockwork theme into focus once more  with an arsenal of weapon transmogs. The Green Clockwork Contraptions Collection yours if you complete activities and fill your bar at the top of your Travelers log in January. The collection includes a back item,  two-hand mace, fist weapon, gun, and shield.

Since the Trading Post  was first introduced, Blizzard tended to preview all of the possible items you could add to your collection. Recently, the previous have been partial, letting everyone discover more of the available rewards on their own once the new month begins.

The Trading Post was introduced two years ago in February, And the team is already talking about a special anniversary to prepare for. The reward bar in February will be longer and you'll be able to earn an additional 500 Trader’s Tender, and there will be new and previously released rewards to add to your collection.
