World of Warcraft is opening up Phase 2 of Season of Discovery on February 8th. This launch was detailed some more, along with a series of events and a brand new Twitch Drop bonus.
Season of Discovery was a big success when it opened up, with devoted players uncovering every one of the runes and secrets at an unsurprisingly quick pace. The team at Blizzard saw this the first time, so we’ll have to see how things go when the second part opens next month. Phase 2will open up on February 8th at 1 PM PST, Opening up the ability to level from level 25 to 40 and gaining as many as 31 additional talent points. There’s also a new dungeon to contend with, Gnomeregan.
There’s a new toy on offer for watching WoW streamers this week. Get yourself a brand new Grim Campfire Toy, starting tomorrow, January 23rd. With your linked account, you will need to watch at least 4 hours of Dragonflight content on an account with Twitch Drops active. Do that, and you'll walk away with a brand new spooky campfire.
Signups are drawing to a close for the Arena World Championships and Mythic Dungeon International Season 3. The AWC will hold signups until January 26th and the MDI Dragonflight Season 3 competition will close signups on January 29th.
Tomorrow, the weekly PvP Brawl resets, this time opening up Southshore vs. Tarren Mill. Finally, the World Quest Bonus event will also rotate.
