If you were looking forward to the 16th anniversary event for World of Warcraft, here’s a heads up. It’s been moved to November 1.

In total, the event will now run from November 1 through November 22, ending just one day before Shadowlands arrives on November 23. The event was previously scheduled to run from November 16 through November 30. It looks like because of the new Shadowlands release date, Blizzard shifted the dates for the anniversary event.

In case you missed it, check out Game Director’s Ion Hazzikostas comments on raid timing. As a reminder, December 8 is the date for the raid, Castle Nathria – which takes players into the heart of Sire Denathrius’ lair in Revendreth. This date also marks the start of Shadowlands Season 1.

Ta, Wowhead.
