It isn’t unusual to go a while between announcements on the World of Titans front. The team has some new plans ahead, and plans to showcase gameplay next month.
The announcement came via the game’s social platforms, including X (Twitter) and Discord, along with several new screenshots. “We all know you have been patiently waiting for the arrival of the new World of Titans, and it's been a crazy ride the last year as we prepare the release of patch 2.0.0.1! Now we are thrilled to share that gameplay will be coming in March!” read the tweet.
A second tweet announced the date of the new announcement and gameplay peek, March 22, 2024.
There was a dev post on January to mark the new year, with Archage Studios announcing that a new trailer would be coming soon, so this just might be what the team was promising in that post.
“The long wait is over, as we head into the new year we are excited to announce that the newest version of World of Titans is almost here! Embark on your new journey as a Titan in the World of Valendar, but prepare for uncertain times! This new version will feature the return of the mighty dark lord Valakaar, he has returned from the shadows and will stop at nothing to defeat all those who stand in his path.
The newest announcement trailer is set to be released here very soon showing off all the amazing features, storylines and changes to the MMO.”
The last big update we heard from the team was last summer, when they revealed an updated logo, and beta testing phase plans, along with some word on development progress. This came months after a demo that was briefly available last spring before being pulled to be reworked.
With a number of promised changes now delivered, we’ll see more in just about a month.
