The SMITE team will be handing out some big bucks in January now that the prize pool for the SMITE World Championships has crossed the one million dollar mark. The community contributed to the prize pool through the purchase of special promotional items within the game. Community members added over $400,000 to the overall pool in just seven weeks, with fourteen more to go.
