Wizard101’s Wallaru update, which was previously released in North America, now brings the Australia-inspired content to the global servers.
KingsIsle announced that the update has gone live globally today. Wallaru opens up a new part of the Spiral to visit and is the final world of Wizard101's fourth story arc. The new zone is based on Australia around the turn of the 20th century. After meeting a scholar from Wallaru, you'll get to travel to the Outback and set off on a new adventure.
Explore the Eucalyptus Forest, the Wobbegong Territory and the spaces in between and meet some kangaroos, wombats, koalas, and wallabies. After you explore the while and talk to the local residents, you'll start to understand some of the conflict between rival factions. Once you get a taste of the conflict, you'll play a role in helping settle things down and restoring some of the balance and the peace between the factions.
The new story content is just part of this significant update. there are new spells, new PVP instances, and five new Beastmoon forms. After you complete the first half of Wallaru, You'll have to complete a few school specific spell quests where you'll gain access to the brand new spells. The new Beastmoon forms are Balance Elf, Death Colossus Fire Fairy, Life Rat Thief, and Myth Krokomummy. Each of these new forms comes with new powers you need to each of them, so explore the ones that most appeal to you or even check them all out to see which ones you want to use.

Gather with friends and explore not just the new zones but the new features, one of which is the new Avalon Gallery. Work with your guildmates to unlock depictions of your guild’s history together adventuring in the Spiral.
A full breakdown of changes are in the notes, but this is a pretty big update. Along with the new PVP instances, the team has also improved several PVP related spells. Beary Surprise, Dark and Stormy, Goat Monk, Hungry Caterpillar, and Regerate have all been updated.The changes are most notable in the heal over time spells. Heal over time will see the most impact from these changes.
