Wizard101 Casts a Spring Spell with Latest Update Bringing Rank 4 Weaving and More

Wizard101 recently launched a substantial Spring update, with a March 20th patch aimed to fix a few remaining bugs. The update is packed with plenty of magical new features and improvements, including new spellments and updates to spells.

The major highlightof the Spring Update is the inclusiong of Rank 4 Magic Weaving. If you've completed Avalon and reached Rank 3 in their Weaving School, you can now embark on fresh quests and earn rewards unique to your chosen schools by heading to Blended Grove.

Additionally, the update introduced Spellement expansions and spell enhancements for Polaris, Mirage, and Empyrea, along with significant updates to existing shadow-enhanced spells. The team also included Arc 3 Boss Rematches  offering a craftable solution for some challenging encounters with enhanced versions of iconic bosses from Polaris, Mirage, and Empyrea.

Improvements to the Team Up system now allow for level-specific matchmaking, and a revamped Bazaar interface promises better navigation. Players can now also release unwanted pets humanely through the Hatchmaking Kiosk.

The team has also stated that the Liches & Legends Gauntlet and Player Hosted Tournaments, previewed in the Test Realm, aren't included in this patch but are planned for a future update, so if you've been waiting for these to hit the live servers, you have a bit longer to wait. In the latest patch, several bug fixes, UI improvements, and gameplay adjustments rounded out the list of fixes in the March 20th patch. The latest update will bring plenty of fun to the expansive wizarding school game, for all Wizards looking for some enchanting fun this Spring.
