Ahead of tomorrow’s playtest, Warborne Above Ashes gets a new trailer and more details to prepare for the sci-fi PvP MMO’s Total War Test.
While the test opens tomorrow, it's set to run for a month. The expanded global test is a result of the successful March playtest that attracted more than 30,000 signups. The new trailer shows us a peek at the epic scale and the action of this PVP-centric MMO developed by Pumpkin Studio and published by Qooland Games. It’s called the Total War Test for a reason.
This new test will feature full map warfare and include six factions. Factions have distinct traits, and with this test including six, testers will get the chance to learn just how the battle changes depending on who you’re facing. The decision to run the test for a month allows for everyone to get to know the factions and to get more of a sense of battlefield dynamics and strategies depending on who you're facing.
You can jump into real-time combat in the ongoing war with 30 minutes of preparation through the games 24/7 PVP system. You can join solo, but if you need buddies, The guild pre-creation–Warband Pre-Assembly–event can help you get started on grouping your allies. Not only might you find your long-term teammates, they're also offering rewards and a chance to win prizes in the event, which ends May 3rd.
If you want to join the test, you can request access via Steam, where you can also wishlist it fo free goodies on release.
