It looks like Perfect World, of Star Trek Online and Neverwinter fame, are hiring for an unannounced game. What could it be?
The hiring was announced earlier on Twitter looking for a Live Producer,
“We're looking for a Live Producer to manage a game from pre-alpha all the way to launch and beyond. You up for a challenge? #gamejobs”
When you check out the actual job listing, the description reads in part,
“The ideal candidate is an experienced Live Producer with proven leadership and product management skills. You collect and study data to reveal ways to improve the product. You enjoy working with large data sets and coming up with logical conclusions based on that data.”
Interestingly, one of the requirements lists experience in Live Game Operation. We still don’t know anything about this unannounced game, but the usage of “live game” seems to suggest a modern day live service, or a more traditional MMO.
