The latest PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds update to the test server has been deployed that mainly contains bug fixes that cropped up after the prior patch. In addition, one more update to close a significant bug that prevented players from reviving fallen companions and an incompatibility with cheat detection. Until that loophole is closed, the update will not be brought to live servers.
Further in the letter, the team acknowledges that player criticism is deserved and that more performance improvements and bug fixes need to be "shipped". "We agree with the criticisms of the game that many of you have made recently, including comments that our efforts need to be more effective and that the game still needs more improvement".
To that end, PUBG Corp is working on a list of priorities to improve server performance, client-side performance, anti-cheat, and bugs. "Our dev team is doing their best to make sure that our plans are well-laid out so we can announce meaningful and detailed changes".
