Fatshark has announced that the Winds of Magic expansion to Warhammer Vermintide 2 will be coming out in August. With the expansion, players will find lots of new content including new challenges as eight "winds" offer players new and surprising ways to play and "a nearly endless difficulty curve to challenge the toughest Vermintide 2 heroes".
In addition to new ways to play, there are new weapons and the addition of leaderboards. Lastly, the Beastmen will make their presence known. "These warp-spawned hybrids of animals and primitive humans will be the toughest enemy faction our Heroes have ever faced."
Beta testing will begin this month, though no more specific information is available.
