Season 3 for Warhammer Vermintide 2 is now available on PC.
This update brings the the first new career to the game since its release. Weather effects are also included, with effects like fog causing you to potentially lose your way. More still, missions will be played around the clock and the night missions will instill a whole new level of fear in the players. Additionally, several premium hats are being added as well.
Martin Wahlund, CEO of Fatshark, provided the following discussing the new additions in a press release,
“We are looking forward to many late nights with this new career in Warhammer: Vermintide 2. At the same time I am also wondering if it’s about time to get rid of the person insisting on including a second pun in this press release.”
Finally, it looks like the Bretonnian Grail Knight is introduced. He comes with a new sword and shield, plus a character-exclusive outfit and golden helmet. As a noble knight, he looks down on anything but face-to-face combat, and no one will ever see the Grail Knight using a ranged weapon.
