Warframe opens up Prime Access for Xaku Prime today, along with new signature weapons and new cosmetic items. Digital Extremes has also set a deadline to merge accounts for cross-save, and is bringing back the Höllvania Central Mall hub in anticipation of Warframe: 1999.

Xaku Prime is a special release for the game. The original concept for Xaku Prime was done by Mike "Mynki" Brennan, Warframe's former Art Director who recently passed away. The concept art was done at the beginning of this year and the team continued to take inspiration from Mynki’s original designs for what we see here on release day. Using the power of the Void, Xaku is reborn in gold for this Prime release, armed with the Warfan, Quassus Prime and rifle, Trumna Prime, both with golden accents.

If you want to add the newest Prime Warframe and Prime weapons and accessories to your collection, you can do so through Prime Access. You can also earn the necessary blueprints and components, along with Void Relics and craft them in the Foundry. Today's release also adds new cosmetic items–Artifex Prime Syandana and Necra Prime Operator/Drifter Suit.

If you can’t wait for 1999, Warframe is welcoming everyone back to Höllvania Central Mall starting tomorrow. The limited time hub will be available through December 6th. Socialize with others and listen and dance to On-lyne (before you have to fight their Technocyte Coda boss versions).

There’s also a warning for those who haven't initiated account merging for cross-platform saves, you can only merge accounts up to January 17th, 2025. An account merge means that you are taking accounts you have on various platforms and creating one single primary account with items, customizations, and resources all becoming part of that primary account. you'll still be able to link your accounts later and take advantage of cross save, but merging will be gone after January.
