NGames has announced that a pair of new features has been added to the open beta of Warfare, its F2P, browser-based RPG/MMO/Action/Sim title. The pair are random events, The Black Market and Dark Alliance Attack, that, when present in game, will last for a week.
The Black Market A new random event, the Black Market will appear randomly in-game and remain for 7 days, giving Warfare players a week to take advantage of some incredible deals before it disappears again. Players can find just about everything they need in at the Black Market, from normal everyday items to rare Generals ripe for recruitment. The Black Market is a free player's haven, as some items that normally cost gold (and must be bought with real money) can be bought with coupons and silver instead – both currencies that are rewarded in-game for free. Keep an eye out for items like valuable Cast Iron for increased troop enhancement, which can often be found for small amounts of silver in the Black Market instead of the usual 5 gold coins at the shop. Players with gold to spend will find added value galore while scouring the Black Market shelves, with extra offers on rare items, gems and Generals. The Black Market holds a special sale everyday, so players should keep their eyes peeled whenever it's around. The Black Market will always be available for 7 days at the start of each new server before disappearing and appearing randomly again.
