Warcraft 1 and 2’s remasters have been announced, along with a Warcraft 3 update, with all three available now in the “Warcraft Remastered Battle Chest.”
These remasters and graphical updates were announced during Blizzard’s Warcraft 30th anniversary stream, and are released as of the time of the stream. The multi-pack includes Warcraft I, Warcraft: Orcs & Humans, Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness, Warcraft II: Beyond the Dark Portal, Warcraft II: Battle.net Edition, and the already-released Warcraft III: Reforged.
Warcraft 1 and 2’s remastered editions will include both graphical and quality-of-life updates. There’ll be both original and remastered editions of each game’s graphics, which players can toggle as they go. The update also speeds up gameplay, lets HUDs be customizable, and even fixes selection sizes of units.

As the game was released in early 2020 (to some controversy over the original version being wiped), Warcraft 3: Reforged’s updates come in the form of a 2.0 patch that update the lighting and textures for the environment and units. Players can also mix and match what types of graphics they want for each part of the game.
The Battle Chest also includes the Meat Wagon mount for World of Warcraft, as well as other perks in Heroes of the Storm, Starcraft 2, and Hearthstone.
The Battle Chest is now available on the Blizzard shop for $39.99. Individually, Warcraft is $5.99, Warcraft 2 is $9.99 and Warcraft 3 is $29.99.
