Paradox Interactive and The Chinese Room are back with another Dev Diary for Vampire: the Masquerade – Bloodlines 2. This latest entry introduces us to members of the Camarilla players will encounter in their adventures throughout the upcoming vampire themed RPG.
For the uninitiated, the Camarilla is an organization of vampires that is as close as one can get to proper system of government in the vampire world. Members of the Camarilla are found at every level of mortal society and also maintain the Masquerade, an endeavor to ensure that mortals are unaware of the vampires that feed and walk amongst them.
Bloodlines 2 Writer Cherish Goldstraw and Narrative Director Ian Thomas put together a number of profiles on the various Camarilla characters we’ll run into. Some of these characters, such as the Ventrue Lou Graham, Ventrue J J Campbell, Nosferatu Michael “Tolly” Tolliver, and Nosferatu Wilem Axel, should be familiar to those who have been following the game’s development so far, having appeared in a number of trailers and gameplay videos.
There are some new faces here as well, including a look at a Toreador and Tremere clan character in Ysabella Moore and Safia Ulosoy.
Vampire: the Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 will arrive sometime in the first half of 2025. Maybe.
