The survival MMO V Rising has sold over a million copies since it launched into Early Access last week, according to developer Stunlock Studios.

After announcing late last week that they sold over 500K copies in just a few days, the new milestone might remind players of the speedy rise of another indie survival title, ValheimV Rising is a survival game that provides an interesting isometric view of the field, seeing players compete for resources, build towering and imposing castles, and taking on world bosses - and each other - on servers of up to 50 people.

The team at Stunlock took to Twitter today to thank fans for helping the indie studio hit the benchmark.

V Rising lets players roam servers focusing either on PvE, or if you want a challenge you can join in on the PvP servers with your friends. Players are tasked with building a castle and dominating the surrounding country-side, or you can play with friends to take on the different world bosses that roam the world, such as Human hunters or giant wolves.

We recently had the chance to check out V Rising, with Lewis stating that the survival MMO is likely to bleed you of your time. Check out our thoughts here.
