Update #93 - Q4 Release Schedule, Now Accepting Bitcoin

After many requests, the makers of Lord British's much-talked about Shroud of the Avatar announced the game will be taking Bitcoins for pledge, add-on purchases and Player Owned towns. More significantly, they've also released details of the Q4 release schedule.

In addition to the schedule, Update #93 reveals some of the first custom avatars made for Duke Pledge level supporters, the Lord Marshal Coronated Helmet model that will be granted supporters at the Lord Marshal Pledge tier, and the special Nightshade, Mandrake and Garlic reagent rewards for Citizen, Knight and Lord Pledge tiers.

Fun update extras contain an interview with Starr Long as well as an insider's view of the game from concept artist Stephen Daniele in Pen of the Avatar: Character Armor Variations. The show starts at 12:00 pm Central time, October 7.  On top of that, Alienware is giving a $20 Pledge Upgrade Coupon to members of the Alienware Arena community, and a new list is up, of Shroud of the Avatar-related events.
