Update 17 Will be Free to All - Details of New Systems & Features Revealed

The Elder Scrolls Online site has been updated with an extensive blog post to lay out some of the first information about a variety of systems and features coming to the game on February 12th. Update 17 is free to all players and will be released alongside the paid DLC, Dragon Bones. Update 17 features a number of nifty new things including home storage, the wardrobe system and more.

Here's what all ESO players can expect:

• storage collectibles - containers where "bankable" items can be stored in your home. These come in 60 item and 30 item sizes
• outfit system - this allows players to "customize the visual appearance of armors and weapons"
• Improved Level Up Experience - players will receive info about new skills as they become available along with tips on gameplay. Additionally, players will be treated to periodic level up rewards
