When the Elder Scrolls Online Horns of the Reach paid DLC launches (1500 Crowns or as part of ESO Plus), there will be a number of improvements, updates, fixes and additions for the entire game regardless of whether the DLC was purchased. In a new blog post on the official site, the most prominent things all players will notice are detailed.
Quality of life improvements include the new Combat Cues settings that allow players to customize different colors for different cues. In addition, Alliance Point and Writ Vouchers will be able to be stored in the bank that can then be shared across characters on the account.
A pair of guild improvements are being added including invite history and rank permissions mainly provided to keep guild finances private (or not) depending on a member's rank.
Finally, research cancellation and equipped item improvements are being added to crafting. As the blog states, "No longer do you have to get naked to improve your equipped gear. You'll be able to improve any currently-equipped items right then and there and will find equipped items in the improvements crafting menu".
