Ubisoft lifted the veil on their post-launch plans for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, including druids and massive battle.
In a blog post, the publisher shared what we can expect in Season 1 of their season pass. This includes a new settlement area, the Yule Festival event, a new game mode called River Raids, ranks for Jomsviking, and new player skills and abilities. Season 1 will be free for all players.
Season 2, also free for all players, will start in March 2021 and will include a new combat game mode, an update for Jomsviking, settlement festival, and new gear and cosmetic items. Also arriving next spring is the first expansion called Wrath of the Druids which will see us travel to Ireland to track down a druidic cult.
The second expansion is called the Siege of Paris which arrives in Summer 2021 which will let us relive perhaps one of the more famous battles in Viking history. You’ll invade Paris, form various alliances, and more. And of course, treasure may await us. The Discovery Tour, introduced in Origins and again in Odyssey, will make its debut in Valhalla sometime in 2021.
