Fans of all things transmog in World of Warcraft can take part in Season 2 of the Trial of Style. From now through March 9th, players can queue up for a 6-player scenario where they will have two minutes to create a transmog set based on the presented theme. Once the two minutes are complete, two players will be pulled up to the stage to show off their creations and to have them judged by the remaining four players. Winners receive tokens that can be traded for new transmog sets.
New sets that can be purchased during the event include:
Ensemble: Mindwrack Raiment
Ensemble: Tundraspite Armor
Ensemble: Crimson Sentinel Garb
Ensemble: Goldspine Plate
Players can also purchase one-time use items to enhance their presence on stage including the Trial of Style Flames, Spotlight and Dance Floor. Players can also purchase shirts and tabards from a vendor in the instance.
Once the glitter settles and the rounds of voting have completed First Place, Second Place, and Third Place winners will be awarded. Don’t worry, even if you don’t win, there’s always the Trial of Style Consolation Prize. These prizes contain Trial of Style Tokens which can be redeemed for special transmog gear in Dalaran.
As a side bonus for all players, regardless if they participate in Trial of Style, is free barbershop services. Players can have a seat, change their hair, skin, adornments and more for free!
