Time to explore new lands and new challenges, as Tower of Fantasy’s Vera expansion is now live on all platforms. The content arrives as the game also makes its debut on Steam, giving PC players another option to play, including the Vera content.

Hotta Studio has updated the game with the expansion content it has been teasing for a few weeks now. Vera introduces the Desert Gobby, an irradiated location with the cyberpunk-inspired city of Mirroria at its center. The city is tempting and lit up, but there is danger underneath its shiny mirrored exteriors.

The other area in the expansion is called the Grayspace. Actually a sector of the desert, this area is dark and mysterious, full of foreboding and filled with some new enemies to the game that you’ll only find here. They’re called things like Puppet Singer and Weaver, so you’ll want to proceed with caution and make sure you’ve skilled up and are geared well for the encounters you’ll find with these so-called Grayspace Entities. These entities are responsible for the acceleration of Vera’s already decaying ecology, so they’re poised to be a big challenge here.

Also ready to challenge are the new world bosses, Magma and the cyber stag called Rudolph, as well as new instances called End Game (a raid where you face a large Abyssant Puppet Singer) and Sadness Valley.

This update also introduces the new simulacra Ruby, as well as a new mission that will reveal about Ruby's background and how she's growing under the care of Lin. Ruby comes with her Spark weapon and abilities that include a blazing dive, dodging, and aerial discharge.

Other, practical changes in the update include raising the level cap to 80, and some new events to help players get started in Vera as well as rewards to help you progressed. Vera also offers up to 70 draws for participating in events and meeting certain conditions.
