Tower of Fantasy’s next big update, 2.3, Wandering Amidst Miasma, will be out on February 2nd, and bring new areas, new ways to play, and new story. Last week's announcement of the new update also contained a reference to events and celebrations coming to mark six months since launch. Now, the team has dropped a few hints on some of what’s to come.
There is a new teaser image celebrating Lunar New Year, the Year of the Rabbit, with a number of hidden rabbits to discover, along with some of the game’s characters “preparing for the half-year anniversary”. This isn’t the only tease and reveal regarding events to come. There’s also a new events calendar for Mirroria’s DJ Fenrir. Those events begin today and will be taking place, with different chapters, through March.
First up, from today through February 1st, before the update arrives, you can go spend time with DJ Fenrir in the in-game Dreamy Disco event. Meet with her and dance along with DJ Fenrir in this event. Once it begins, you’ll have to observe her dance moves, and select the right motions to recreate them. Then showtime begins and you’ll have to dance and be accurate for a better score and rewards.

Starting on February 2nd, when the new 2.3 update launches, the next Fenrir event will also open. This is a community event, based around user generated content and is called “Gifts for Fenrir”.
More Fenrir related events will happen in February and March, with the release teaser showing that there will be a teaser image of Fenrir’s digital single and the music video coming in March. With Tower of Fantasy’s expanded content, especially all of the minigames and activities added to Mirroria in the Mirafleur Moonshade update, using the dance club and this virtual DJ just fit.
