Tower of Fantasy’s next simulacrum is Fenrir, a Mirroria DJ and brand new Volt simulacrum type. She’ll be out this week, along with her special weapon, Gleipnir.
Fenrir gets a new introduction trailer that shows her DJ and musical aspirations, her love of dogs (after all, she’s described as “the boss of Team Doggo”), and the electricity she can wield using Gleipnir. As a DJ of Mirroria, her abilities are said to connect to the powers of the city itself.
In her background lore, she is a famous DJ from the city, and in the trailer you can see some of the love from her fans. Initially, she's there with her dogs, Potato and Onion, for what looks like a quiet night, before she switches it up for a party that is not to be. She has to fight off some men breaking in, and thus we get our first look at Fenrir in action.
Her weapon looks like a bone-shaped ribbon, but when it’s time for her to fight, she can use it to unleash powerful electricity that also includes a musical theme when used. In the trailer, we get a glimpse of this in use, and purple music notes fill where her attacks fly.
She will join Tower of Fantasy’s lineup on Thursday, March 9th. As with some previous releases, and in keeping with her theme, there will be a musical single released in celebration of her arrival, called Chocolate.
While we’ve now been introduced to the newest simulacrum, a showcase video showing off her skills and what Glepnir can really do should be released soon.
There will be maintenance starting tomorrow, with several events to follow beginning on March 9th, alongside Fenrir's release, the reissue of Nemesis, Tian Lang, a number of Fenrir order gifts and more.
