Tower of Fantasy has announced the next simulacrum on the way. Fiona and her weapon, Moonstar Bracelet, get a new trailer to introduce them and give us a taste of her story before she arrives on April 27th.
Now that the Under the Grand Sea update has been out for a while, Tower of Fantasy is getting a new simulacra closely tied to Innars. Fiona’s official splash art features a quote, “I need to work harder so that Vera can have a brighter future” that tells a little more about who she is. On that art, you can also see Moonstar Bracelet, which is not exactly a bracelet at this time. The introduction trailer tells some more.
Moonstar Bracelet is the second Altered weapon to be introduced (Lin has the first, with Shadoweave), and a support class weapon at that. Water looks to be important, since Fiona sends out a drop towards a small water dragon looking figure in her office, which becomes water again with a splash. Later, in a battle scene, we see Fiona able to call upon Moonstar, in this form, for help. The weapon itself is also going to bring in a new appearance, so it will be another thing to get your hands on when Fiona is released.
Though we haven’t yet gotten a showcase to fully get an idea of her kit, we do know that her weapon changes as needed, and it is an Altered weapon intended for a support role. That showcase should be on the way soon, though for now, the introduction trailer is worth watching. Not only do we get an idea of what might come in story updates, and Fiona’s own role and personal mission, but a taste for some of what Hotta Studio has been cooking up for the game’s future.
