Tower of Fantasy will get its next big update on July 2nd, and the team is introducing the next simulacrum on the way: Anka, along with her weapon, Poppin’ Stick.
Anka is also known as Ace, along with other titles, and is part of the Wednesday crime syndicate. There are rumors of trouble within the syndicate itself, including that it might be disbanded, and this and more will surely come up when the update arrives.
The latest simulacrum trailer is here, showing off Anka’s proficiency in pulling off a tricky heist. Things begin with her expertise at work before definitely becoming trickier and with higher stakes. We’re still in the Gesthos Sector overall update, so there are a ton of possibilities to come.
Then, we get a glimpse of Anka in combat. She’s a physical + Flame DPS, with an over the top and comic-book influenced style. Poppin’ Stick, her weapon, is essentially a big red bat. Sure, there’s more to it and the tech is advanced, but she’s going around smacking people with her bat, and words like POW! and BANG! are appearing as she strikes enemies.
We’ll have to wait for a combat showcase, but Anka sure looks like a fun addition to Tower of Fantasy’s ever-expanding roster.
As she is known by a number of names and titles, her intro/lore trailer also includes some significant background info after the combat break, including a tie to Roslyn.
This mysterious new addition is coming to Tower of Fantasy in 4.1 next week.
