The Sharpshooter is the latest class to be revealed for Torchlight III. Here are the details.
Set to debut on when the game hits PC later this year, the Sharpshooter combines careful precision skills with ranged weapons and magical trinkets to strike down enemies from afar. The Sharpshooter is currently featured in the Closed Alpha for Torchlight III, and so if you’re in the closed alpha, you can check out the class right now.
As for weapons, the press release states that the Sharpshooter has a signature bow which can fire off a barrage of shots to destroy enemies from a distance. You’ll be able to level up powerful skills that help the Sharpshooter deploy a series of dirty tricks and regenerate precious ammo (additional details available on the game’s official blog).
As for other classes, Torchlight III features four unique hero classes (Dusk Mage, Forged, Railmaster and Sharpshooter), plus a myriad of new and familiar combat pets to help players fight their way to fame and glory.
