Lost Ark’s April update drops tomorrow, with downtime beginning at 2:00 a.m. PDT. From honing events to balance changes, and a new Ark Pass, now we have full details on everything that's in it.
The Road to Act 3 Honing Boost Event is coming to help you level up a single character between item level 1640 and 1660 to get a series of honing support effects and progression missions. The event, which runs from tomorrow to June 23rd, will let you prepare for the upcoming new content and should take you up to 1680 with lots of rewards along the way.
The Storm the Abyss Event opens tomorrow and runs through June 25th. Those with IL 1540+ can grab the event quest, “Creeping Darkness, Seeping Cold”. In Shushire, there's a mysterious portal and a bitter cold to investigate, and if you’re confident, tackle waves of icy enemies in ever-harder rounds. Along the way, there are chances at Fate Embers. You may even get to a special stage and transform into a spectral wolf spirit to purify the bitter cold frost.
The team previously announced that this update would also add a new base game update to add more changes from the Korean version. However, there are a few changes and exceptions. Some of those changes are here, and you can see the full details in the patch notes.
The Golden Frog event has been extended and there are new items to trade for. There’s also a new Ark Pass coming, Frost and Roses, with rewards including “battle-ready skins that exude both frost-bitten resilience and regal refinement”.
The full update also includes balance changes, quality of life updates, and more.
