MOBA-extraction blend ARPG Seekers of Skyveil is now in Early Access. Elodie Games released a new Early Access trailer and bonuses to get everyone started right.
The PvPvE experience draws from a few genes for a fast, action-paced squad-based experience. You get to pick your Seeker, and each of them have their own playstyles and abilities. Join with teammates, take on enemies, gear up in advance, and finally, to make decisions on whether you want to extract with what you've got or to push forward and risk it all.
Made by an independent team, Seekers of Skyveil aims to provide a high-stakes extraction RPG experience with MOBA style combat. Early Access follows recent participation in Steam Next Fest, which offered a playable demo that included multiplayer for anyone who wanted to try the game out. Now, the game is here in Early Access with 12 Seekers to choose from, with more on the way.
Based on community feedback, everyone taking part in Early Access for the free to play game will be getting bonuses that will allow them to unlock two Seekers or a cosmetic set. Elodie says they didn’t meet their initial goals of making a real F2P experience where spending didn’t affect competitive integrity, and there was complete satisfaction with Seeker purchases. So Steam Next Fest players and anyone joining in the next two weeks will get 5,500 Auranite Essence, the in-game currency used to unlock Seekers and cosmetics. New and existing players will get 5,500 as well, meaning up to 11k in essence or two Seeker unlocks.
Now that Early Access is here, anyone can jump in and see if the risk of pushing forward and facing creatures and other teams is with the take.
The team announced Seekers’ first content/Adventure Pass is set for March 14th, offering 80 hours of questing content and rewards, as well as new cosmetics. Maybe something to spend that essence on.
