Throne and Liberty will be getting an official technical test starting on September 19th. The invite-only test will let some players step into the global build of NCSOFT’s new MMO, which is published by Amazon.
The test will involve a group of players and guilds invited to the technical test on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X | S for a cross-play technical test. This will be a “confidential technical test” under NDA for the teams to get data and feedback to help improve the launch. The test will run from September 19th at 2 PM PT to October 3rd at 7 PM PT. Invited players should receive invitations by email on or before September 14th. The team is looking for feedback to help polish Throne and Liberty for its global launch.
As for the test parameters. You’ll get to step into the world of Solisium and explore the world, test out some of its verticality, take on field events, challenge some dungeons, and even fight some of Throne and Liberty’s huge world bosses. Being able to use the environment effectively Will be important when it comes to these large-scale boss fights. you'll also get the opportunity to engage in Guild battles, with winners emerging for territory and loot. and you can also take on some of the castle sieges.
In a recent interview, Amazon noted they've been listening to feedback along with NCSOFT. They’re planning for the global build and are looking for even more info and feedback once more players get the chance to get in and test it out for themselves. This should continue to help them refine just what adjustment the global build will need.
“Players around the world will benefit from the level of care and detail that is being put into development and addressing player concerns, and we’ll be able to talk more about specific improvements soon.”
