The latest This Week in Destiny 2 newsletter has been published on the Bungie's site. It begins with a recap of the race to complete the Last Wish raid and then launches in to announce that the new Crucible game mode, Breakthrough, will be available to players starting September 25th.
Breakthrough will feature a series of new maps that will pit two teams against one another. The goal is to capture a central location and deploy a Breaker that then makes the zone "contested" that results "in an epic tug-of-war between the two teams. Once the Breaker is captured, it will be used to assault and hack the enemy team's Vault". Breakthrough will be available the entire week of September 25th.
