The latest update has been applied to Black Desert Online. This week's patch brings the awakened Valkyrie into the game along with her new one-handed lance weapon that can be swapped out with her normal sword. To show her off in action, Kakao Games has released a new trailer that you can see below.
A defensive force to be reckoned with, the Valkyrie excels at withstanding high-power attacks while supporting her allies with special buffs. In addition to boosting her already rocklike defenses, the class Awakening adds new offensive skills to the Valkyrie’s arsenal, allowing her to deal a greater amount of damage to multiple targets while quickly moving about the battlefield with her long-reaching lance.
In addition to the Valkyrie, players can also take part in a new Seasons Contest that will ultimately see a 2017 Black Desert Online calendar. You can learn more about the contest on the BDO forum.
