The Quinfall devs are asking for patience while they take the time to improve the game and to address major issues, including implementing a significant anti-cheat system.

In a message on Discord, the Vawraek team Explained their recent silence in light of reports of the issues affecting the game. They also thanked the community members “who believe in the game’s potential” while laying out what they are working on.

The anti-cheat system is on the way after the team finalized a license agreement, and we can expect that this week. This is in response to major exploits and economic imbalances, and they are also working to fix related issues like dupes, exploits, and the impact on the economy.

The Quinfall is an Early Access game still in development, andTeam is working on addressing the issues while trying to shore up the systems to help reduce issues long-term. They're working on identifying and patching the dupe bugs that they are finding and receiving reports about. With this, they're deleting the duped items from the marketplace and banning cheaters. Some people may have even noticed the items disappearing off the market.

Along with the anti-cheat system, they'll be providing in-game rewards to see if they can turn things around and blunt the economic impact.

They also brought up two important issues: the need for population growth and the potential for a wipe to end Early Access. A marketing push to try and attract new players and bring people back is on the way.  As for a potential wipe to ensure a completely fresh full launch, they've decided to let players decide via a community vote before Early Access ends.
