The Quinfall is facing its standard-fare MMORPG launch issues, and it’s broken its silence on DDoSing and server queue issues that have been taking place since its Early Access launch.
Firstly, Vawraek Technology Inc. announced it’ll be opening up three new servers in three different regions: Europe, America, and Asia. This is in the hopes that it’ll alleviate queues and other access issues.
The team also acknowledged that some of the server connectivity issues stemmed from ongoing “large-scale DDoS attacks,” and that it was operational security to not acknowledge it until now.
“Our primary focus has been to analyze these issues thoroughly and determine the extent to which we can stabilize and safeguard our systems,” the post reads. “This has required extensive collaboration with our security team, which is why we refrained from making a detailed statement until now.”
The Quinnfall team is looking to take steps to resolve the server issues and enhance the cybersecurity against the DDoS attacks. Meanwhile, the team claims it’ll improve communications and give more updates, as well as give compensation gifts as “gratitude for your patience and support” once the issues are fixed.
Early Access for The Quinfall opened up on the 24th after several beta tests.
