The next phase of The Elder Scrolls Online is on the way, with Seasons of the Worm Cult and Update 46. The ESO team has some content recommendations to get prepared for the releases, including the Prologue quest available right now.
Since Seasons of the Worm Cult is a direct sequel to the original Elder Scrolls Online main questline, it makes sense that this is the top recommendation. So if you haven't completed it sometime in the past decade, it's as good a time as any. You’ll also encounter traces of the cult along the way. Once you've done that, play the prologue.
The Seasons of the Worm Cult prologue quest sees you team up with Prince Azah to find the Fighters Guild Guildmaster. The events of this quest will give you a taste of what’s ahead in part 1 and lead you to Solstice. You can meet a number of characters who will play a role in this upcoming content, including Prince Azah, in various quests in mainland Tamriel.
Subclassing is one of the big upcoming features on the way, finally letting you blend abilities from different classes into a custom build. So hit 50 and be sure to stock up on skill points and helpful scrolls to be ready to jump in.
Seasons of the Worm Cult and Update 46 are coming to PC/Mac on June 2nd and June 18th on console.
