If you’re a fan of The Division 2 and Resident Evil or an Xbox Series X or PlayStation 5 owner, then February 2nd is your lucky day. With Title Update 12 that releases today, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 will now have support for 4K at 60FPS. It also marks the beginning of a collaboration event between The Division and Resident Evil.
From February 2nd to the 15th The Division 2 will feature 21 of Resident Evil themed apparel items celebrating their 25th anniversary. Everyone who logs in during the event will receive Leon Kennedy’s RPD 3-piece outfit. The rest of the outfits that include iconic looks from Chris Redfield, Umbrella Operatives, Rebecca Chambers, Jill Valentine and many others, can be purchased with premium credits, or earned by gaining SHD levels.
The event requires that players have purchased and completed the Warlords of New York campaign. If you haven’t had the chance to check out the expansive Warlords of New York campaign, you may be interested in our review from last year to help you decide if the expansion is worth your time.
Other notable fixes on the way include changes to the Optimization Station, and a bunch of other fixes to exotic weapons, tooltips and the Reanimated Global Event. Check out the full list of patch notes for Title Update 12.1 for more information.
