Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen is headed into Early Access in December, and the team is starting the countdown with updates on development, testing, and some recaps of recent additions and events.
In the new monthly newsletter, they remind us that they've extended testing to all Champion and Supporter level pledges to enjoy through December 1st. December 1st is important because it's also the deadline to pledge. This means that after that date, currently available pledge perks will be going away permanently, since Pantheon is moving into the next phase of development. If you've been on the fence at all, now's the chance to pledge and jump into the test until Early Access begins and you’ll be able to play then too.
Visionary Realms quietly released a huge update recently that added an EU-based server, three playable races to Terminus (Dark Myr, Elf, and Halfling), updated Human models, and more. Today’s newsletter update announced that the Dwarf and Ogre races are almost ready and will be added soon. That update followed the Necromancer class addition before it. The team is laser-focused on development, with lots of updates they’re planning to push out right up until they start Early Access. With more to follow, of course.
They’ve shared a list of what’s currently in development (there’s also the development update roadmap tracker) and that list is:"Currently in active development:
- Silent Plains
- Eastern Plains
- Wild’s End
- Character Customization
- New Player Experience
- Classes to level 40"
Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen, after many years and lots of community support, has made it to the final countdown to Early Access.
