The Tarisland team is preparing for Season 1 with previews of several upcoming dungeons that look to test your skill (and your tolerance for the elements). This comes after a preview of the Scarlet Frostwood dungeon.

The three dungeons they’ve previewed are Bloody Nightmare, Ice Tomb Fortress, and Incendiary Lava. Just from the names you should get an idea of some of what we can expect inside.

Bloody Nightmare is a space where some that were once heroes sadly fell prey to the Nightmare and became twisted and trapped. The lore blog sets the stage by telling how the royal family, including General Tiger and Auden II himself made mistakes in a war, and the impact their losses, plus the Nightmare’s opportunism, had on Princess Alicia.  After her dreams were invaded by the Nightmare feeding on her pain, she is transformed into a malicious queen who delights in revenge.  This is just one story about the potential dangers that the nightmare has caused, and you'll get to step into the dungeon to try to banish it.

In Ice Tomb Fortress, switch gears to this frigid dungeon in the Scardino Icefield. The Frost dragons are dormant beneath the ice. The preview highlights some like Frost Guardian Elvin, once part of the royal family’s guards and caretakers over the frost dragons they kept, Ice Dragon Envoy Niven, and Revived Ice Flame Dragon Gharm. These are just part of what awaits inside.

The latest preview, Incendiary Lava, brings us into the infernal depths and introduces us to Bertrand the Hellfire General, and Tizarro, Sinflame Lord (and previous royal Chief Alchemist, and the one behind Alicia’s losses). “Parovelli, the Blood Phoenix, has seeded a force of destruction within Princess Alicia herself,” the preview adds. The devs weave a series of connected narratives And it's up to you to continue the fight and even save the world.

Tarisland Season 1 will be out this month.
