If squishing and beating bugs to a pulp is your thing, the new boss introduced to Tarisland could be both extremely creepy and right for you.
It has been a few months since the Global launch of Tarisland on PC, and since then there have been a few updates and patches that revamped quality-of-life features and introduced new features for everyone to enjoy. The latest update to the MMO brings a terrifyingly large Spider Queen to vanquish, but that is easier said than done.
The new dungeon boss can be found in none other than the Spider Queen dungeon and is said to be a hectic and brutal survival challenge that will pose a great challenge for players to face. The devs state,
“The Spider Queen is unlocked today! This dungeon introduces several new AOE damage mechanics, significantly increasing the team's reliance on healing classes. In this brutal survival challenge, every player's positioning and timing are crucial.“
Though the reception of the title has been a bit lackluster so far, the boss fights are usually engaging and do keep our attention for a little while. With that said, that doesn’t mean that Tarisland is a cohesive and game-changing title, as it does fall short in the lore department. Even so, a new eight-legged crawly boss that poses a major threat to the players could breathe some new life into the title, but the majority of the comments on the X thread are criticizing the terms used to describe the game by the devs.
