The Tarisland team has a new dev video previewing quests, dungeons and more PvE content coming in Season 1, Blight Dragon Elegy, which kicks off tomorrow.

The new video, shared to Tarisland social media, begins with a heavy focus on lore, setting up not only Season 1’s main quest, and some of what you’ll find in the Scardino Icefield, but dungeon content too. The team also shares new PVE and PvP.

A nightmare has descended as Tizzaro, the kingdom’s alchemist, makes a bargain with a demon, as those things go. One of the things he desired was the princess, Alicia. The king dies mysteriously in battle with demons, Tizzaro moves to rule, and the imprisoned princess grows vengeful.

Many answers will become clear in the quest, dungeon, and raid content. We get a brief look at the four new dungeons, which they note will each roll out with two difficulty levels. To accompany all of the  Dungeons and season quests, there are also four new raids. The first, Grey Fog Citadel, will feature five boss unlocks. The second raid will feature just one boss, the Doom Lord. Two more raids will unlock in the season, and more on those will be revealed later.

PvPers get a new team battle mode. And Season 1 will also feature guild battles.

Temple Maze, a maze with roguelike mechanics and “balanced stats”, playable solo or in a group, is part of the new PvE content. Twisted Dreamland is an arcane realm you and four other players can enter and choose your own affixes within. Fair Raid let you choose any of the classes and specializations for what they're calling a balanced raid challenge. While all of these are seasonal content, there is a new permanent addition, Raid Floor Race. This will get weekly  challenge updates. Arcane Floor RAce is also coming.

There will also be partial resource sharing between characters on the same account so you can make new alts knowing they won’t start from square one. The dev video goes on to emphasize Tarisland’s fresh start mechanics each new season will bring, along with some catch up mechanics and support options.
